Our current processing time for apparel is 7-14 business days and 3-5 business days for stickers. Once the item has been shipped off, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping times can vary depending on where you live and are out of our control once the package leaves our hands. Typically for domestic orders, shipping can range from 5-7 business days, and up to 14 days for international.
If you are needing your order by a certain date, please message us on instagram and we will do our best to prioritize your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship worldwide. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay additional duty/customs fees depending on the country you live in. We unfortunately have no control over this. If you have any questions regarding these fees, please contact your local post office.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text confirmation with a tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my product?
We currently do not accept any returns or exchanges due to limited inventory. If your item arrives damaged or you are not happy with your product, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
Apparel
How do I wash my apparel?
To promote longevity, wash your embroidered apparel in cold water on a delicate cycle with like colors. Hang dry or tumble on low heat. Do not bleach.
What size should I get?
Our apparel is unisex and runs true to size! We recommend sizing up for a cozier, oversized feel if that's what you prefer.
Sizes currently range from Small-2X. We are working on making larger sizes permanently available. If you are needing a different size than what we have, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Can I request a custom order?
We do accept custom orders for either embroidered apparel or stickers. Please contact us via our contact form, or find us on Etsy (KindLineApparel) and we would be happy to work with you on a custom design!
If there is an item currently available on our website that you would like to see in a different color or style, we can also assist you with those requests as well.
When do you restock?
We do our best to keep all of our inventory in stock at all times. However, there are times when we are unable to get the supplies we need to make our products from our usual vendors, which may lead to an item going out of stock temporarily. If that's the case, we will post restock updates on our Instagram (@kindlineapparel).
